Lodgify's REST API is a clean fit for how Suzy normalizes reservation data across every PMS it supports, so the connection is a direct one: you provide your Lodgify API key in your Suzy dashboard, and Suzy authenticates every request with it. There's no OAuth redirect flow to walk through, just a key to paste in once.

Once connected, Suzy pulls upcoming bookings, guest name, unit or room, check-in and check-out dates, and booking source, so guest replies can reference the actual stay instead of only general property information.

Does Suzy make changes inside Lodgify?
