What if you don’t have a PMS?
You do not need a PMS to use Suzy. No PMS is required to get started. Suzy works on day one with just your FAQ answers. Your WiFi password, check-in and check-out times, parking instructions, and any property-specific policies you want guests to know.
Most operators start without PMS integration and add it after seeing results. The typical pattern is: configure your FAQ answers, watch Suzy handle the first few weeks of overnight texts, then connect your PMS once you trust the system and want the personalization features.
Some independent properties run their entire operation from a whiteboard and a phone. Suzy works for them too. The FAQ-only setup handles the same high-volume overnight questions (WiFi passwords, parking spots, early check-in requests) that make up the vast majority of guest texts regardless of what system the front desk uses.

Personalized greetings
Suzy knows the guest's name from their reservation and uses it. "Hi Marcus, I'm Suzy from Oceanview Inn. How can I help?" lands differently than a generic reply.
Automatic checkout time awareness
Instead of looking up your posted checkout time, Suzy pulls each guest's specific departure date. If a guest asks "when do I need to check out?" Suzy gives their actual date, not a generic policy.
Room number context
